Most of your executives are research assistants and senior students who are completing their thesis paper. Gain insights on how to read scientific articles, discuss debates in the field of cognitive science, ask questions, and clarify points of confusion in the article.

Lab Tours
Tour some of the amazing labs at York University! Have you ever wondered what it's like inside an fMRI? Space is limited and open to COSSA members only.

Toronto Zoo Trip
We have arranged behind-the-scene visits to meet with the zoo keepers who are involved in animal behaviour research. Your $20 ticket includes admission fee and access to this special event.

Hack your Degree Conference
Many of your COSSA executives are senior level students who have a great deal of experience with academic successes and failures. In this conference, we will share information about graduate school applications, co-curricular activities, and tips and tricks that helped us in our academic journey. Additionally, we will also have one-on-one peer advising sessions.
